- Pet friendly- we are pet-friendly property but pets should not be damaging the property, well trained and at all times they should be accompanied by guests. It should not hurt other guests, staff, and House owners.
- Room Service – we do not do room service.
- Music – no loud music allowed at homestay.
- Party – no parties allowed at homestay.
- Outside Guests/Non-Resident Guests – people not staying with the guests at Homestay are not allowed to enter the homestay premise.
- Couples – only married couples are allowed.
- Local ID – No local IDs allowed.
- Foreign National – Foreign nationals are not allowed with an unmarried Indian partner.
- Stag-stags are not allowed at Homestay.
- Pool Rules – plunge pool is only accessible between sunrise to sunset, you should not disturb other guests and homeowners. Diving is prohibited.
- Smoke – rooms are nonsmoking rooms, you can smoke outside at designated smoking spaces.
- Drink – Drinking is not allowed in open spaces, and guests should not misbehave with other guests, staff, and house owners after drinking.
- Neighbor – Guests must be respectful to neighbors and should not disturb them in any manner.
